    the hotel had a central setting to the hussain sagar lake. the breakfast served was reasonably good, everything you could wish for, with chocolate and a good spread of continental and fresh fruit.

    Views appeared to be very very bad.

    Stayed overnight, booked under confusion of jw Marriott, but, anyway, stay was good and comfortable. I could not visit the property and facilities being provided due to paucity of time. Booking. Com may think to consider change in the schedule, which was refused but provided by the hotel without any extra charge. Mukesh

    The staff was so supportive...they allowed us to the early chexk-in at 10:00 am which was very good...also they allowed us for late check out...what ever we asked for was at our doorsteps within 5 minutes. Breakfast menu and the variety od the breakfast was awesome...

    The only thinh i didnt like was the location..but i think that shouldn't be a problem in front of all the good support by the hotel people.

    The staff is among the best I've met. Special thanks to Praveen for making our stay beyond comfortable. Being a Jain, my friend though he would have limited options in terms of food but the staff went out of their way to make customized food. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff very responsive. And you can also use the main Marriott's facilities which is a few meters away (connected by a skywalk) making this a great value for money option.

    Location next to center of the city, shopping malls and theaters and Marriott courtyard and Marriott convention centre. The staff were really supportive, the breakfast was amazing and awesome. A nice size and extremely pleasant room with a large bathroom and climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television.

    The location claims proximity to Hussain Sagar, yet the views are largely obstructed by a conference center!!! Bathroom floors could benefit from non-slip mats, as they become dangerously slippery after a shower!!!

    It was a good experience staying in Courtyard Marriott. The staff are very courteous and helping.

    I guess the entrance/In Gate to the Hotel should be much more welcoming and nice. Presently it is really very clumsy. The air quality in the Reception/Lobby area should be cleaner and ordour- free. There should be some more sitting arrangements in the Lobby. Room service in terms of amenities, news paper etc should be better. In fact we did not get any daily news paper in our room on both the days of our stay and we had to ask for small little amenities all the while.

    An amazingly wonderful, freindly and welcoming staff that made our stay at the hotel a home like stay. In addition to overlooking the nice veiw of the lake, it is very quite and comfortable to stay at.
